Grow Planner End User License Agreement

1. License

Grow Planner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal grow tracking, research, education, community, and related app features.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, exploit, or misuse the app except as allowed by law. You may not use the app for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, threats, or policy violations.

3. Ownership

The app, design, code, branding, features, and related materials are owned by the app owner or licensors. User content remains subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through app store subscriptions or purchases. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store platform.

5. Updates

The app may receive updates, fixes, or feature changes. Some features may change or be discontinued over time.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. AI observations, scanner results, reminders, and app information may be incomplete or incorrect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA, Terms of Service, community rules, safety rules, or applicable law.
