We use information to provide app features, authenticate users, save grow records, display community content, send notifications, process reports, improve safety, support subscriptions, and maintain app functionality.
3. Community Content
Content you post in community areas may be visible to other users depending on the app’s privacy settings and feed design. Direct messages are private between participants but may be reviewed by authorized moderators when needed for safety, reports, abuse investigations, or policy enforcement.
4. Media and AI Features
If you use AI grow assistant or plant scanner features, text, photos, videos, or related grow information may be processed to provide AI-supported observations. Do not upload content you do not want processed for app functionality.
5. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we store push tokens for your device so we can send alerts for DMs, comments, reactions, follows, account notices, and app updates. You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.
6. Reports and Moderation
When content is reported, moderators may review reported posts, messages, media, account activity, and related context to investigate and take action.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, push notifications, payments, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing where needed to operate the app.
