1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Grow Planner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose of the App
Grow Planner is designed for grow tracking, education, research, reminders, media organization, community discussion, and AI-supported plant observations. The app does not replace professional legal, agricultural, medical, or safety advice.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you. You may not use Grow Planner to facilitate illegal activity, sell illegal goods, threaten harm, harass others, or violate any applicable rule or law.
4. Community Conduct
You may not post abuse, bullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, child exploitation, illegal content, or other unsafe behavior. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or ban users who violate these rules.
5. Reports and Moderation
Users may report community posts or direct message threads. Moderators may review reported content and related account activity to investigate safety, abuse, harassment, or policy violations.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant Grow Planner permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app, including community posts, logs, media, reports, and messages.
7. AI Features
AI grow assistant and plant scanner features may process text, images, or other data you provide. AI outputs are informational and may be incorrect. Always use your own judgment and verify important decisions.
8. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium and Growmies Club subscriptions may unlock additional app features. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the app store platform where the purchase was made.
9. Account Restrictions
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, safety rules, community rules, or applicable laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
